About the Hollywood East Film Festival

With the growth of the film industry in the Northeast / New England, we wanted to provide fellow independent film makers in the region and beyond with a venue to display their creative work and share their creative ideas.

The Festival intends to inspire filmmakers and audiences alike, to provide exposure to those who might have otherwise gone unseen, and to further promote the emerging filmmaking industry in the area.

11/01/2008 - The Regualr Deadline begins today. Entries must be postmarked by January 1st, 2009 to qualify for the Regular Deadline.

10/18/2008 - The Earlybird Deadline is approaching! Entries must be postmarked by Oct 31 to qualify for the Earlybird Deadline.

9/24/2008 - Withoutabox online submission is available!

9/15/2008 - Submissions are now open and we are anticipating lots of entries! We look forward to all the creative and talented filmmakers out there who will share their vision with us.
